Owned and trained by Major N Furlong, Reynoldstown won the Grand National in 1935 and again in 1936, giving a really brilliant exhibition of jumping on each occasion. In the 1935 race he was ridden by Mr Frank Furlong, son of the owner, and in 1936 by Mr F Walwyn. Reynoldstown, who is by My Prince out of Fromage, is the only horse this century to win the Grand National two years in succession.
